Redness and visible veins
Redness that comes and goes is usually vascular — blood vessels near the surface that dilate easily. Makeup covers it; light-based treatment actually reduces it, by heating the vessel until it safely closes.
Rosacea is manageable rather than curable, and the goal is fewer and milder flares rather than a cure. Anyone promising otherwise is overselling.
On legs, spider and reticular veins respond well. Larger varicose veins are a vascular surgery question and we will refer rather than treat something we should not.
