Laser light passes through the skin and raises the temperature of the vessel until it safely coagulates. The treated vein gradually shrinks, becomes less visible, and in most cases disappears.

Spider and reticular veins respond well. Larger varicose veins are a vascular surgery question, and we'll tell you so.
