Is there any downtime?

None. That is the point of it. You look better walking out than you did walking in, with nothing to recover from, which is why it is the most-booked treatment in most clinics.

How often should I have one?

It is a maintenance treatment, so most people run it on a regular rhythm rather than as a one-off. We will suggest an interval based on your skin.
