A jawline that has softened
The jawline goes soft for two reasons at once: the skin loses collagen and slackens, and the fat pad underneath shifts. Creams address neither. A treatment that only tightens the surface will disappoint you.
What works is reaching the subdermal layer where the laxity actually lives. Radiofrequency microneedling does that — the energy is delivered from the needle tips at depth rather than across the surface.
There is an honest limit here. If the skin has lost a great deal of elasticity, a non-surgical treatment will improve it but not replicate a lift, and we will tell you that at consultation rather than after.
