Fine needles create thousands of micro-channels in the skin. The skin reads them as injury and responds by producing collagen and elastin — which is the point.

Those channels also let us deliver actives far deeper than any cream reaches. We run it with salmon DNA polynucleotides, with your own platelet-rich plasma, or with a mesotherapy cocktail, depending on whether the goal is texture, firmness or overall skin quality.
